MONEY IN 1's AND 0's….

“It’s not how much money you make, but how much money you keep, how hard it works for you, and how many generations you keep it for.” – Robert Kiyosaki

Do you remember that advertisement of idea by Abhishek Bhachan in which he talked about saving trees  by digitalizing everything, from newspaper to novels, from greeting cards to currency every thing could just squeezed into a small cell phone only and that’s how we could save not just trees but entire human existence tadan….
But wait do you really feel safe doing online transactions?scared of your account getting hacked ?ever used electronic wallets like paytm or something?did ever tried online banking or stuff?its totally fine to be cautious I totally understand.
So here I have a solution for you … ya you heard it right there is a solution “cryptocurrency”.
Now obviously you wanna know what is it ?
A cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that uses cryptography for security. A cryptocurrency is difficult to counterfeit because of this security feature. A defining feature of a cryptocurrency, and arguably its most endearing allure, is its organic nature; it is not issued by any central authority, rendering it theoretically immune to government interference or manipulation.

The anonymous nature of cryptocurrency transactions makes them well-suited for a host of nefarious activities, such as money laundering and tax evasion.
The first cryptocurrency to capture the public imagination was Bitcoin, which was launched in 2009 by an individual or group known under the pseudonym Satoshi Nakamoto.
And we have a whole damm list of currencies like we have rupees ,dollar, euro, etc for the physical world and similarly we have Bitcoin,Litecoin,Namecoin, SwiftCoin , Bytecoin, Peercoin and many more for the digital world say cryptyocurrency….

Sounds like a bit alien isn’t it ? big terms for normal people quite complicated han ??
Look simply its just another form of money like paper note or metal coins there is another simple currency we call as cryptocurrency,so as in all the past time in place of something we offer some other thing of the equivalent amount .
I am talking about the time when there were no physical currencies for common man so similarly when we aren’t limited to the physical world or we can say when aren’t really bounded within boundaries when just notes and coins aren’t sufficient enough to meet public desires we have come across virtual currency (cryptocurrency )with just some basic programming language like c++ some people turns your balance into digital code and you can buy it, send it, receive it without any permission or involvement of third party ,which not only lessens the envolvement of people but also reduces unnecessary taxes and risk of theft …

But look on to the other side of this coin since this is a code and your whole money has turned into it now stop for a while and think?
What if someone could decode that encryption ? not just he would be able to steal your money but he could make everyone beg upon knees ,and since this isn’t centralized or owned by any organization so to whom would be blaming for your loss? Who would help you?when there would be no traces to follow ?
See technology ,upgradation is great but I think we are still not ready for it …
If you ask me about the future of cryptocurrency …well I don’t know but I can predict ours …and that would be worst if we keep on relying on codes blindly..
Watch it …
Be doubly sure before investing your money into anything…
Just be careful always …

Ball tempering… So what?? I'm still with Steve Smith.

When you cheat and don’t accept, only then you called as cheater.

Honestly, I’m big fan of MS Dhoni. I’m speaking on this topic not because it’s trending topic nowadays, it’s because i felt something is not happening right with Steve Smith.
Well, i know ball tempering is against cricket rules and it’s cheating. But the important thing is Smith accepted his mistake honestly and he also disappointed with his leadership. He punished by Cricket Australia because he disappointed them. He made so many cricket lovers upset.he also know he deserves this.
I’m defending him because he accepted his mistake honestly and took all responsibility of involving in ball tempering scandle and that’s good thing and this is what we learn from life and cricket is his life. He is regretting now because he played with his life but that doesn’t mean he will not rise up again.
He is not the first player who cheat but he is one in millions. We all are humans and we all do mistakes every day and we also learned. He caught by people and come under cameras because he had captaincy of 5 time world champion team. Nobody expects this from him because he always played genuinely and honestly.
I want to see you(Steve Smith) in 2019 world cup so please don’t be disappointed it’s not end of your career. I know you will bounce back strongly.
Well…..My main point is why BCCI banned David Warner and Steve smith from playing IPL for their teams  with whom they were playing for so many years. Is Smith and Warner broke any BCCI rules???
It’s okk that ICC Cricket punished them for breaking rules and Cricket Australia too but i don’t understand why BCCI banned them. Is it because BCCI is stronest cricket community in the World? I’m really disappointed with BCCI for this decision because they don’t have any rights to punish them.

Let's talk about Student Empowerment

 What actually student empowerment is?
“Student empowerment mean encouraging a student to do what they want not what they have to do”

Or You can say it mean “Giving a freedom to student to learn what they want not what they have to learn”.
But unfortunately, In our india we hardly find a school whose motive is to empowering students. Now the question is why that’s so?
What stop Student empowerment in india?
The main reason behind this is motive of schools/colleges / and any other teaching institutions.
In india, almost every school aim is to improve overall performance record of school in the city. And they do this by sharping memory of students so they get good marks in exam which result in increasing school performance record.
The second reason which stop Student empowerment is lacking of creative teachers in schools.
I’m also student and i have experienced that most of teachers aim is to complete syllabus and after that they take written tests again and again just to increase student memory. In schools, most of students cramp things not learn them. Teacher always ask questions but they never encourage students to ask questions.Student never get permission to do things out of the box. They were bounded by number of rules. They are punish by teachers when they commit a mistake. Just tell me how we will learn if we didn’t commit mistakes.
Well it’s enough now to talk on what stop Student empowerment…..
Now, let’s talk on ideas through which we can empower students.
Give Your Students a Voice Through Forums for Student Feedback
You may remember from your own school days how much students sometimes complain about teachers (“she gives so much written work,” “he gave me a D just because I turned it in a day late!”). Now that’s only amplified through social networking. What if you could use that to your advantage? Teacher will getting constructive feedback from the students if teach via video conferencing. Setting up a forum for students to provide constructive and timely feedback — criticism or praise — through mediums like a group Google Doc, Twitter hashtag, Edmodo site, blog, etc., helps you improve your teaching. It also helps students, emphasizing that learning is about partnership and working together.

The second way is give Students Decision-Making Power in an Area of Curriculum
This might seem like an unrealistic idea in an age of common core standards and high-stakes tests — what if students veer drastically off the required course? However, this is actually entirely possible to incorporate with existing curriculum. For instance, if you teach language arts and the goal of the unit is teaching students how to write an effective response to literature or a literary analysis essay, who says everyone has to write about the same book written by some ancient dead writer (no offense, dead writers)? Besides, if you’re already scared of writing your very first response to literature, having to decipher ancient syntax isn’t going to help. So instead, why not have students pick a book of their own choosing — a novel This student-directed curriculum idea is applicable to many other subjects. Giving students the power to choose creates a sense of ownership over the learning.
The third way is Encourage Meaningful Technology Use in the Classroom
Many teachers tell students to turn off their devices when they walk into the classroom. However, it can be incredibly empowering to do just the opposite. By having your students bring their own devices, you open up a world of new learning opportunities (like the flipped classroom model, web quests, podcasts, virtual field trips via Skype, livestreaming with classes across the world, etc.), and you reaffirm that learning can happen anytime, anywhere. When students use their devices during class time to access learning resources that they can also get at home or on the go, we see that learning doesn’t just happen within the four walls of a classroom. Plus, it literally puts learning power in our hands. I know some teachers who have expressed concerns about rolling out any kind of technology they themselves didn’t know how to use that well. However, if that’s the case, don’t be scared to let your students teach you a thing or two about technology. If you’re worried about students slacking off on digital devices, it’s worth checking out the #pencilchat

EMPOWERING STUDENTS -a better way towards learning

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” —Gandhi

Great words by Gandhi ji but the truth is we are dyeing with pressure of having exams tomorrow isn’t it? Exactly.

There are certain things in the education system which doesn’t appeal learning in fact they focus more on achieving better marks .education was meant to be the way towards learning rather than achieving …
Learning through experiences, through experimenting ,through the way we wish to ,we will surely fall somewhere but will learn with that too…
will make mistake but will surely learn to find some way to get out of that ….

“Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.” —C.S. Lewis

we just need the permission ,permission to find our own directions we wanted to fly through ,and that’s what we call empowerment.

The term empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self-determination in people and in communities in order to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self-determined way, acting on their own authority. It is the process of becoming stronger and more confident, especially in controlling one’s life and claiming one’s rights .
Now talking about student empowerment ,
Student empowerment is any attitudinal, structural, and cultural activity, process or outcome where students of any age gain the ability, authority and agency to make decisions and implement changes in their own schools, learning and education, and in the education of other people, including fellow students of any age and adults throughout education.

In simpler words when people like your fellow mates get some authority to make relevant changes in the school or education system on account of entire student league or should I say on the behalf of all the students known as student empowerment.
Well when we hear this word student empowerment this sounds quiet alien to us because we have heard about women empowerment ,but never student empowerment ,see we are not the weaker section of the society but we are the future of this society and when it comes to learning this can’t be bounded within few hours or can’t be tied with a list of protocols .
We pay ,we follow,we obey,we memorize but do we really learn by this…?
Silence !!!…keep quite ,pin drop silence…
Remember this ?
Why miss? Stand up !! get out of the class ,stand for the whole period , remember all those punishments?
But miss I was just asking something …no you were disturbing the class …raise your hands …
Tell me what does that teaches you accept that teachers are not lovable accept that you need to stay quite until you were asked to speak…was that education any way ? was that meant to be learn ?
Well if you ask me that was just a training ,ya training for how to be a robot ,lifeless speechless just runs on a certain set of instructions ….
We are not machine made of muscles and nerves these nerves do leads to the brain which in return releases certain hormones that’s how we poses emotions …
I usually don’t like reading certain subjects when I don’t like the teacher at all …it takes me hard efforts to fulfil my target of 75% attendance ya somehow I passed the exams but if you are thinking you may ask something related I m sorry I haven t learned anything …
By the time when I’ve realized that this process wont lead me towards learning so I betrayed .No didn’t give up or else I dint threw up some march or something I just started learning things the way I wanted to but that wasn’t good enough to achieve marks right ? because you ultimately had to be in this flock of sheep , for that I need certificates ,a job so at the end we came to the point we have started from ….because a single man couldn’t bring up a big change but ya small small changes could lead to the big one…..and that’s why we need get empowered.
We need to get empowered so that we at least learn something in real when we say we are educated …

“Whatever you can do, or dream you can do, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it. Begin it now.” —Goethe

Lets make ourselves to be worth educated by learning not by achieving ….

“Do not wait to strike till the iron is hot; but make it hot by striking.” —William Butler Yeats

Be proud to be a student because learning is tough not the teaching ….

POLITICS AND INDIA

In the year 2001 an amazing Hindi thriller was released which was my personal favourite “Nayak” if you have ever heard of Mr. Anil kapoor I m damm sure you might remember his great character as “shivaji rao “.The one day C.M (chief minister) who brings up the revolution ,challenging all thy corrupted officers and political leaders .A common man who was portrayed as a sacrificing political leader who wished to work for the welfare of the society rather than focusing on his family planning or personal security .
Really hard to do …isn’t it? yeah off course when I was a kid I had so many issues with the government and with the entire political system.t As I grew up my issues didn’t get sorted but somewhere at some point my hopes died. Being a kid when I use to plan my future I also thought to do something … something like real big that could bring some revolutionary change in the country .I wanted to do something that could leads to dimulsyfy all those facts that has made people hate politics .But you know as you grow older you got to realize the fact that this isn’t that easy as it was portrayed in that movie …is it ?I don’t about you but I ,I gave upon that dream of mine and instead of that I started carrying just a small dream bag of small small goals like engineering ,average marks ,campus placement ,marriage, kids, vacations and death ….a peaceful death in a cushiony coffin.
That sounds easy …ya it is the easiest thing I could think of.

Wait but was it that easy to die peacefully?I don’t think so ..
What about that huge donation amount you’ve asked to pay before admission that wasn’t the part of fees ?was that legal? And what about all those paper works when you need to bribe all those government employees just for a simple verification task or some thing.?all those times when you were being played on or being harrased by someone but there was no one to hear you out…I guess that’s our basic right isn’t it ? how could you die peacefully in some government hospital when there are no doctors …then where they ?umm take this card go get your check up done in his private hospital…usual? Exactly.

Now tell me can you die peacefully here ? forget about millions of small boxes tell me just one ,only one that you could do here without any hussles and bussles.
OK don’t get disheartened or confused .lets try to understand it Right from the beginning.what do you think when you hear the term politics ? does that sound similar when you spell “Raajneeti”? No exactly that’s the real issue when we call politics as “Raajneeti” does that any way sounds like public welfare or something ?simply if you notice it clearly states that Raajneeti is the policy to win the kingship …and that’s why we simply hates politics but when this word is already stating that any man involved in this is only for the kingship not for the welfare then why we stupid Indians do expect from them?…
We have no right to abuse them neither to call them betrayers…

Why would they sacrifice ? OK so you are thinking about that oath they take ?what !! do you remember yours?”India is my country and all Indians are my brothers and sister …..”do you really do that ? do you really treat every Indian as your brother or sister ? do you even show humanity ?do you really help people around you without judging them on the basis of their caste and colour ?do you really meant equality when you ask for it ? do you really respect people of all those 29 states and is that like you never made fun of any other Indian language ?do you really feel like united when you write a whole damm essay on unity in diversity?

I’m not gonna say anything but just think for a while do you really think a  bunch of stupids could destroy the population of a billion ? … I guess now you have your answers…
There is nothing wrong with the politics in india we just need to work on ourselves rest will get changed by itself …
Be an Indian without being south Indian ,north indian ,Gujarati ,Rajasthani or whatever …
If you want changes its only you who could make it …
So don’t wait for the right time because magic doesn’t happen …they are just smart tricks..
There is nothing like Indian politics we are independent since 1947 and this is our responsibility to make it sounds like worth democratic…
Follow the law not the politics…

Politics of India

India is the largest democracy in the world. India has the biggest number of people with franchise rights and the largest number of political parties, which take part in election campaign. In the 1996 national elections, almost 600 million people voted and an average of 26 candidates competed for each of the 543 territorial constituency seats.

Elections
Elections are held at different levels. The two major election levels are at national level, after which the national government is established and at state level after which the state government is established. Elections are also held for city, town and village councils.
Politics issues
•  Social issues
The lack of homogeneity in the Indian population causes division between different sections of the people based on religion, region, language, caste and race. This has led to the rise of political parties with agendas catering to one or a mix of these groups. Parties in India also target people who are not in favour of other parties and use them as an asset.
Economic Issues
Economic issues like poverty, unemployment, development are main issues that influence politics. Garibi hatao (eradicate poverty) has been a slogan of the Indian National Congress for a long time. The well known Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) encourages a free market economy. The more popular slogan in this field is Sab Ka Sath, Sab ka Vikas (Cooperation with all, progress of all). The Communist Party of India (Marxist) vehemently supports left-wing politics like land-for-all, right to work and strongly opposes neo-liberal policies such as globalisation, capitalism and privatisation.

Law and Order

Law and order issues, such as action against organised crime are issues which do not affect the outcomes of elections. On the other hand, there is a criminal–politician nexus. Many elected legislators have criminal cases against them. In July 2008, the Washington Post reported that nearly a fourth of the 540 Indian Parliament members faced criminal charges, “including human trafficking, child prostitution immigration rackets, embezzlement, rape and even murder”.
Different shades of Politics in india
In india, politics is now corrupted and corroded. There are so many negative effects of politics on our economic value. The quality of India’s politicians, many argue, has declined drastically, as in many parts of the world. Most of them seem to be out of sync with modern day realities – expectations have fallen so ridiculously low that an iPad carrying politician is described by the media as a modern one!
Most are also seen as greedy, corrupt and disinterested in serious reform. The increasing number of politicians with criminal records and the brazen use of money to buy party tickets and bribe voters erodes India’s ailing democratic process.

An intelligent threat!!

Ever talked to Alexa? Who is she? What!! You don’t know? well she is someone who could manage your schedule your data could be accompany you as a friend she isn’t a lady but an amazing creation of Dr.Ashwin Ram .she could wake you up ,play songs for you could talk to you and many more ..sounds nice ?yeah it is but how is it possible ?well that’s what we call science ,science which is growing with drastically high speed so that machines could now learn by themselves without any human help and that’s what we call machine learning .
A machine is now ready to understand human language and could communicate to other machines without any ports or cables .sounds great!!But not really this process of learning leads to the development of machine’s own intelligence path which is known as artificial intelligence. So then what’s the issue?
Well if you have ever seen the movie “Robot “performed by sir Rajnikant this was the best example that explains all about the upcoming threats to the human existence if ever artificial intelligence would took upon the world.
A machine when starts learning itself it might get intelligent even more than the most intelligent man in the world .Now just think for a while would you follow the instructions of a less capable person than you ? No obviously not .Same goes with this artificial brain ,it would start developing its own codes and protocols will start upgrading itself as faster as it could probably humans would lose all of their control upon these machines.
The simplest reason behind this is the biological construction of human body full of limitations its brain has a limitation to absorb things it has a limited lifespan, while machines are simply limitless considerably immortal with expandable memory .scary??
Now let’s start thinking right from the beginning what is a machine??
In simple words anything that could ease our work .now when machines would get smarter they would be replacing humans at the work place.by this the employment rate would greatly affect .slowly slowly machines would start replacing emotional values among humans by their influence, no work, unemployment, easy life either that would makes man inefficient or else the poverty would reach to its highest pace or may be both.
Gradually what we would see is just machines all around .what!!Does it sound scary now?? But wait what if they came up with a thought of destroying man? The entire human race would reach to its end …
So just wait, stop, sit and think for a while, what are we up to upgrading technology or destroying lives??

Experiencing nature!!

From plains to plateues, from oceans to mountains we have a great geographical variation. So as there climatic conditions and have we have been provided with a large variety of vegetation.
Light fruity breeze and walking on fresh flushy grass is so relaxing…isn’t it?
And do you remember your early childhood drawings  where there was  always a hut, a tree, mountains and a bright yellow sun…that’s  so common, common as a common man’s dream ,a small house and a garden.
But every age has a different wish list now we are at the age of exploring; we are at the age of discovering and experiencing the beauty of thy mother nature. Spirits which are really willing to face challenges ,wanted to climb mountains ,wants to dive deep down into the oceans and want to capture this colorful world into eyes and yeah into  cameras too.
Well to cut in short rather than sitting on a relaxing chair and sipping coffee while reading newspaper ,we would  love to tour. Now what is tourism? It is basically about travelling for pleasure and business purpose.
People usually prefer visiting monuments to experience the history ,they pay there and follow rule although I never felt any excited while watching all those old boring buildings’ they all were so similar …broken destroyed and the most annoying thing in india was all those hearts and names scribbled into it … so dam irritating .
I would rather wish to feel that light rain showering small water droplets and those clouds covering all those mountains, those beautiful blossoming  flowers  and those tiny green leaves…wow so mesmerising ,morelike I m in heaven.
Well there is a term for this “eco tourism”.
What is ecotourism exactly?? Ecotourism is a form of tourism involving visiting fragile, pristine, and relatively undisturbed natural areas, intended as a low-impact and often small scale alternative to standard commercial mass tourism. It means responsible travel to natural areas conserving the environment and improving the well-being of the local people.
In simple words as I said experiencing nature without disturbing its balance, with a responsible thought of con
servation.
In India you can experience all of all of the different varieties.
Say wanna experience snow fall go towards the north Kashmir, dehradun etc..,
If you want to experience desert life and sunburns you are most welcome to Rajasthan, want to go beach? Book your tickets for Goa.
What never saw any coconut tree? Why waiting plan your vacations for south .full of greenery and a great architectural history ….and so much more.
Smart people of India while writing Vedas they have created a way so that all those 28 states and hundreds of languages would be able to know each other’s culture and experience this beautiful country….for which they discovered a term call “teertha” and according to Indian mythology only after visiting all four theerths in the northern, southern eastern and western parts of India a man could get into heaven.
And hence they actually experience heaven before being called belated.
So welcome to India and experience heaven …or should I say try and have an experience of eco tourism.
Feel fresh, live fresh, experiencelife by exploring the world…
Get connected to nature through eco tourism…

friendships and my flight ….

Clutched into a trap of emotions, fears regrets under the sag of guilt I’ve past six years of my life.
With all those messy thoughts and noise signals suppressing my informative signals getting into my brain .I’ve waited this long and important period of my life.
People usually call it as depression but I could have never found any strong reason to call it depression I said I was just messed up wasn’t in really.
Being an understanding and responsible father my dad took me to psychologist for counseling and to a psychiatrist t but when I didn’t get any better he changed my doctor .year after year I’ve been treated under many different psychiatric supervision.
But the situation was getting worst and worst I moved to hostel where I was unable to adjust and overcome my mess.
After a long time period of time when I met one of my old friends, she observed something really unusual.
She asked me “where is my Jahnavi “.
I replied here “I am right in front of you “.but she wasn’t convinced with all those pointes I presented to justify my unusual behavior.
After a friendship of 15 years she knew me so well that she could clearly look deep into my soul and thy brain of mine, it didn’t took hrs for her to figure out my mess.
She didn’t consoled me neither did she asked anything. She only used to come at my place took me somewhere to eat and have fun and let me express all of my emotions. She didn’t advised me anything .she just made me introduced to the real me , she made me realized that I m special ,I m strong ,that I could do anything I wish to .
More like lord hanuman I’ve just forgotten my powers all I need to be jus recall them.
So she started spending most of her time hearing me and I puked all my mess in front of her and trust me that was damm relaxing.
This process was more like doing amplitude modulation by passing an attenuated signal through a low pass filter making it free from noise and retrieving only information signals.
Now my brain was only getting informative signals and I started discovering my own new personality shaping it according to the way I wanted to be, rather than stay spilled on to the wall.
Truly a friend in need is a friend indeed…
A friend did what no psychologist and psychiatrist could do.
She made my soul free, free from that cage of mess and made me what I m today
I m free today, free from regret, free from all those scary thoughts, guit and free from that word of depression.
I use to think why we need friend and now I know all of us need a true friend more than anything else.
Do share all your inner demons with your friends ,call them ,tell them that you are so lucky to have them ,tell them every small to smallest thing that feels buried in .just split all that up don’t swallow it down.
Love your friends, respect them…
Be with them in all those time when you need them and all those times when they need you.
Live free…
Feel free…
Be you, keep sharing, and keep smiling…

fly high!!

Hey friends hope you remember about my last article on menstruation and its awareness!!!
Well today I’m gonna talk about something related to it, today i’ll be talking about menstrual hygiene and lack of awareness. People like you and me most of us don’t know how our menstrual hygiene is important, lack of attention could lead you to infertility, vaginal infections or it may leads to death also …
When we call something is private it is surely be hidden and taken care of especially. So as our private body parts.
I guess most of you might be well aware of sanitary napkins (pads), have seen in many advertisements .right? Surely.
But have you ever heard of the thing like tampons, menstrual cups, thinx, reusable washable pads? I guess not at least all of them.
So yes other than sanitary napkins there is more menstrual stuff available in the market for not only women hygiene but also the empowerment.
How many of you do think that being a female you should avoid swimming or cycling or may be racing and any another exercising stuff? Do these stain fear stop you somewhere in the ground? Doesn’t let you fly high or to dive deep into sea. Well not any more there are things for you tampons and menstrual cups are the two sensational products that have changed women’s life to a great extent well you don’t wear then more like pads but these things are meant to insert.
Starting with tampons; a tampon is a mass of absorbent material, primarily used as a feminine hygiene product. At present, tampons are designed to be easily inserted in .to the vagina during menstruation and absorb the menstrual flow.

A menstrual cup is a feminine hygiene product that is inserted into the vagina during menstruation. Its purpose is to prevent menstrual fluid (blood containing uterine lining) from leaking onto clothes. Menstrual cups are usually made of flexible medical grade silicone and shaped like a bell with a stem. The stem is used for insertion and removal. The bell-shaped cup seals against the vaginal wall just below the cervix. Every 4–12 hours (depending on the amount of flow), the cup is removed, emptied, rinsed, and reinserted.

In short tampons in some highly absorbable cottony tube that is inserted into the vaginal area and this absorbs blood while cups are made of some soft fiber that is inserted in the vaginal part to collect blood this could be washed and reinserted after 12 to 24 hrs .so now no need to worry about blood stains.
Now moving on to thinx I m dam sure you haven’t heard of it .well these are menstrual panties where the crotch is 4 layers thick and absorbs light to medium amounts of menstrual flow. Girls/young women can wear this type of underwear with or without a tampon. They are washable and reusable and environmentally friendly. So now no need to wearing pads too … well they are quite expensive yet they are way more comfortable than anything else.
Not just this we have more of reusable, washable pads and wide range of tampons and menstrual cups but these entire have some or other limitations along. But in future there would be something more compatible for sure.
Well friends today I won’t ask any questions? But just wait stop and think are you really taking care of your menstrual hygiene and all those women around you see I know that’s quite tough to accept new things but why not? Let’s fly high without looking back …
Try to know more about hygiene products…
Be safe, live life healthy, stay aware …
