Cyberbullying -an offense without law

Ting  !! notification your friend has tagged you in a post .ha ha that is so funny ..lol
Very well aware of such things , I know all of you are so dam active on almost every possible social media site  if it is Facebook , snap chat  , instagram , twitter , whats app .. oh I m sorry if i forgot some ,well there is a huge list.
Now if anyone could list out just five advantages of that? OK let me help you

  • Socializing
  • texting
  • posting
  • lots and lots of trolls
  • digital marketing

so how many of them did you found useful? I think just two socializing and digital marketing .ya texting is quite ok and trolls how can you waste your time otherwise obviously by reading trolls tagging friends then fighting over the comment box and if you had a bad day there is a great collection of sad quotes and poems to accompany your sadness then download them put up stories tell everyone that you are so sad ,depressed ,lonely …aww such poor soul .
and what did you get after that may be certain comments and views ..
why don’t we rather share things with people around who don’t need any banner or something ..
well apart from the pros and cons of social sites today I wanna talk about something more than that …
In may 2001 supreme court of India has banned ragging completely ,though it took time (a few years ) but now this so called introduction culture was gone (ragging) .honestly  I feel really lucky to have such nice seniors who never bully , never dishearten  me , never abused me in fact they were so nice that they helped me even in the odd hours of the day during my illness ,exams ,anything and how could I forget those sweet birthday presents they have given.
But the world is not that beautiful as its seen from the outer periphery .
Bullying is so common here ,the stronger always try to flaunt his power by suppressing weaker weather you talk about school kids , office employees , home , siblings , politicians or anyone else ..
Now lets see what does bullying actually means?
Bullying is the use of force, threat, or coercion to abuse, intimidate, or aggressively dominate others. The behavior is often repeated and habitual.

So we can say ragging is a kind of bullying ? true
And there is another very popular kind of bullying i.e., Cyber bullying .
With the development of technology and human resources the threat is not till the physical world but has spread all over the social media too .. from where you probably can’t escape … no matter who you are Kapil Sharma (the comedian) , Rahul Gandhi (the Politian) ,priya prakash (the actress )or sonam Gupta probably just another girl….
You could bully anyone .since this is easy to create fake profiles , frankly when I search for my name  initially I got 15 other profile of the same name  with the same photograph and that’s of a porn star … not at all shocking that’s usual .

Just pick up a news paper you will easily get the news of MMS leaking , fake profiles asking for nudes , ransom money ,ID got hacked ,online stalking …hey online stalking isn’t bullying .. is it ?actually it isn’t until you misuse the information and that’s the difference between going through or stalking .

People of our age ,young blood and carefree attitude doesn’t usually bothers about thinking before doing .what else they had to do just like , comment share come on that’s not at all a crime …off course it isn’t but in some or the other way you are (bullying ) hurting some one and now that becomes a crime … but wait even if it is a crime don’t worry there are many ways to stay anonymous and moreover government wont take any action because thankfully we still don’t have any law against cyberbullying accept that there is an act 16 of IT which is meant for e commerce crime.

So  welcome to the Zone of 360  no matter how you begin ,no matter from where you begin the end will always be zero nothing would change ….
But I just wanna ask do you ever wanted the same for yourself  ?  if not than think before making fun of others ,don’t wait for the world to change because the world is round , starting from a small zero all you would get is  nothing but another big zero ,but a one could lead you to infinity…

So try on your behalf one by one the world would surely be changed …
“Thanks for reading “

"Cyberbullying" – All you need to know about.

Cyber bullying is a type of  harassment or bullying that take place over digtal devices like cell phones, computers and tablets.
Cyberbullying can occur through SMS, Text, and apps, or online in social media, forums, or gaming where people can view, participate in, or share content. Cyberbullying includes sending, posting, or sharing negative, harmful, false, or mean content about someone else. It can include sharing personal or private information about someone else causing embarrassment or humiliation. It has become increasingly common, especially among teenagers.
How to stop Cyberbullying?
If it happened with you
If you’re being cyberbullied, here’s what you can do:

*  Tell your parents or another trusted adult. Believe it or not, they can help you. You don’t have to do this alone!
* Save everything – emails, messages, posts, screenshots. Don’t delete until you have a copy. Print them out or save them on our computer or phone.
*  Talk to someone at your school – a teacher, counselor, coach, or principal.
*  Report harassing comments, fake profiles, or inappropriate photos.
For kids and teenagers
Know that it’s not your fault. What people call “bullying” is sometimes an argument between two people. But if someone is repeatedly cruel to you, that’s bullying and you mustn’t blame yourself. No one deserves to be treated cruelly.
Don’t respond. Sometimes a reaction is exactly what aggressors are looking for because they think it gives them power over you, and you don’t want to empower a bully. As for retaliating, getting back at a bully turns you into one – and can turn one mean act into a chain reaction. If you can, remove yourself from the situation. If you can’t, sometimes humor disarms or distracts a person from bullying.
Save the evidence. The only good news about bullying online or on phones is that it can usually be captured, saved, and shown to someone who can help. You can save that evidence in case things escalate. This is completely up to you – don’t do it if you don’t feel totally comfortable doing it, because you need to make your position completely clear that you will not stand for this treatment any more. You may need to practice beforehand with someone you trust, like a parent or good friend.
Ask for help from others – especially if the behavior’s really getting to you. You deserve backup. See if there’s someone who can listen, help you process what’s going on and work through it – a friend, relative or maybe an adult you trust.
Use latest tech tools. Most social media apps and services allow you to block the person. Whether the harassment’s in an app, texting, comments or tagged photos, do yourself a favor and block the person. You can also report the problem to the service. That probably won’t end it, but you don’t need the harassment in your face, and you’ll be less tempted to respond. If you’re getting threats of physical harm, you should call your local police (with a parent or guardian’s help) and consider reporting it to school authorities.

Protect your accounts. Don’t share your passwords with anyone – even your closest friends, who may not be close forever – and password-protect your phone so no one can use it to impersonate you. You’ll find advice at passwords.connectsafely.org.

If someone you know is being bullied, take action. Just standing by can empower an aggressor and does nothing to help. The best thing you can do is try to stop the bullying by taking a stand against it. If you can’t stop it, support the person being bullied. If the person’s a friend, you can listen and see how to help. Consider together whether you should report the bullying. If you’re not already friends, even a kind word can help reduce the pain. At the very least, help by not passing along a mean message and not giving positive attention to the person doing the bullying.
Laws and Sanctions
While all states have criminal laws that apply to bullying, not all have special statutes that apply to cyberbullying or bullying that takes place outside of school. Schools may take action either as required by law, or with local or school policies that allow them to discipline or take other action. Some states also have provisions to address bullying if it affects school performance. You can learn about the laws and policies in each state, including if they cover cyberbullying.

Ball tempering… So what?? I'm still with Steve Smith.

When you cheat and don’t accept, only then you called as cheater.

Honestly, I’m big fan of MS Dhoni. I’m speaking on this topic not because it’s trending topic nowadays, it’s because i felt something is not happening right with Steve Smith.
Well, i know ball tempering is against cricket rules and it’s cheating. But the important thing is Smith accepted his mistake honestly and he also disappointed with his leadership. He punished by Cricket Australia because he disappointed them. He made so many cricket lovers upset.he also know he deserves this.
I’m defending him because he accepted his mistake honestly and took all responsibility of involving in ball tempering scandle and that’s good thing and this is what we learn from life and cricket is his life. He is regretting now because he played with his life but that doesn’t mean he will not rise up again.
He is not the first player who cheat but he is one in millions. We all are humans and we all do mistakes every day and we also learned. He caught by people and come under cameras because he had captaincy of 5 time world champion team. Nobody expects this from him because he always played genuinely and honestly.
I want to see you(Steve Smith) in 2019 world cup so please don’t be disappointed it’s not end of your career. I know you will bounce back strongly.
Well…..My main point is why BCCI banned David Warner and Steve smith from playing IPL for their teams  with whom they were playing for so many years. Is Smith and Warner broke any BCCI rules???
It’s okk that ICC Cricket punished them for breaking rules and Cricket Australia too but i don’t understand why BCCI banned them. Is it because BCCI is stronest cricket community in the World? I’m really disappointed with BCCI for this decision because they don’t have any rights to punish them.

femenism#beinghuman

People talking about feminism ,gender equality ,women empowerment and so much stuff.celebrating international women’s day thanking all the women of society.debating about women exploitation .but how many of you do remember about men’s day ?yes I agree there are so many issues about women that needs attention and I agree that women has a right to celebrate their day they needs to be appreciated, they needed to be thanked and we considerably have a list of so many days for appreciating every single role of a women if its daughters day ,mother’s day ,rakhshabandhan or this women’s day itself .But how many of you remember father’s day ,or you celebrated Son’s day OK leave that how many of you know about 19 th November ?yes this is when men’s day has to be celebrated .
I agree that women plays a great role in building up a family and the society but mens are as equally important for the society .
No ,now don’t judge me weither I m a real feminist or not !!yes I m a true feminist .I talk about women empowerment I talk about women safety but here we need to understand what feminism actually says ..
Its not about just the empowerment of the women its about treating both the gender equally .do you really think that a man has never been exploited or been harassed at his work place or anywhere ??that they don’t have any restrictions ? They do yes they get harassed been abused and not just you are being restricted in a set of protocols to be like a girl to be sensitive and delecate ,sacrificing etc..,a guy equally grows up with the pressure to show his masculinity, to have beards ,to be strong have muscles etc..,As a women is expected to be a great homemaker equally a man is expected to be the earning one .
Its not about letting women into the man’s world its about letting yourself as how you really wanna be.
Be a human without #beingwoman or else #beingman.
Don’t hesitate to register your complains if you have ever been exploited or been abused no matter whats your gender.no matter who you are a male ,a female or even if you are transgender ….
This is the Time we need to think about how are society needs to be not about how worst it has been since years ago ..
I think when we talk about safety we should make our society human friendly not just women friendly …
